The YAYA Arts Center is a multi-use space that can accommodate your needs. The Arts Center is available for glass artists looking for studio time in our hot shop, as well as for folks looking to host birthday parties, wedding receptions, networking events, and more! See below for details on each rental:
Glass Studio Rentals
YAYA offers a fully equipped public glass studio for professional glass artists with a hot shop, cold shop, flame working, and kiln rentals.
The Entergy Corporation Hot Shop:
Small Glory Hole (14″): $45/hr
Medium Glory Hole (16″): $50/hr
Large Glory (21″): $60/hr
Rental includes 10 lbs of glass/hr, use of shop
tools and annealer; 3hr minimum rental
Sand Casting: $50/hr
2hr minimum rental, 3/lb of glass
Torch Rental: $15/hr
Kiln: Starts at $50/cycle
Milton H. Latter Educational & Charitable
Foundation Cold Shop: $20/hr, 1 hour minimum

Facility Details
The prefabricated, corrugated aluminum building designed by architect Byron Mouton includes a ceramic and glass studio, woodworking shop, print shop, multimedia painting and crafts studio, woodworking studio, eco-arts garden, guild studio and gallery.
