Damie’en Gillin

My name is Damie’en but I go by DGG. My pronouns are he/him. I am a young black man from New Orleans. I hope viewers feel enjoyment when they look at my artwork. I am proud of my project Foreshadowing Eye because I really tried giving a future vibe to it. I like the opportunities that I get to have at YAYA. My dream is to become a tattoo artist because I heard they make good money and I think it’ll be cool being able to give myself free tattoos. I became interested in art at a young age when I was watching Pokémon at 5 and was like “I should draw something like this”.
